Our team
Nick Fougias
Nick is our solutions architect having extensive experience designing and implementing large scale financial and corporate software.
He has worked for many financial institutions (Banks and Insurance companies) in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia.
He holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Athens, an MSc in Information Technology and since 2018 he is certified PMI-PMP.
He loves sailing and long distance running.
Chris Grier
After a 30 year IT career culminating in founding, running and finally exiting an IT Managed Services business, Chris took some time off to re-charge his batteries. He is now re-energised and leading the push by Nemo IT Solutions into the UK market. Chris has a diverse IT background spanning software development, ERP applications and infrastructure. He loves playing golf and running to stay in shape.
Vasilis Giannoulis
Vasilis is our Core Development Team Manager. He is a Senior IT Consultant with extensive experience in application development, implementation, and team leadership within the financial services industry.
He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from the Athens University of Economics and Business and has a strong background in delivering technology solutions for banking and insurance organizations. His expertise includes system design, project management, and leading development teams in complex, large-scale implementations. He is passionate about building efficient systems and supporting teams to deliver high-quality results in complex environments.
Vasilis combines technical knowledge with strong leadership skills, helping clients translate business needs into efficient and reliable technology solutions.
Panayiotis Revenides
Panagiotis is a seasoned IT professional with over 35 years of experience in the banking sector, including roles at tier I financial institutions. He brings deep expertise in AS/400 systems and technologies such as RPG ILE, COBOL ILE, LANSA, and SQL, with a strong command of the full software development lifecycle.
He has contributed to critical initiatives in payments and internet banking, consistently delivering robust and efficient solutions aligned with business needs.
He is currently working at Nemo IT Solutions, supporting the company’s growth and strategic direction.
George Mpotsios
George is an experienced Senior Developer/Analyst with over three decades in mainframe and iSeries systems. He excels in COBOL, CICS, DB2, RPG, CL, Rexx and legacy modernization, having led critical projects for major financial institutions. He holds an MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in Mathematics. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys walking and football.
Ilias Papamikroulis
After building a solid foundation in IT, Ilias is currently working as a Software Developer, System Administrator, and Business Analyst on IBM i (AS/400) projects, supporting applications for financial and commercial organizations.
He has experience in Cobol and SQL, while also working with CL and Lansa, focusing on requirements analysis, technical design, and system operations.
Ilias has worked at Accenture on projects for Alpha Bank and is now part of Nemo IT Solutions, contributing to projects for Piraeus Bank.
He holds a degree in Informatics from the University of Piraeus and enjoys traditional Greek dances.
Panayiotis Spyropoulos
With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Panagiotis brings deep technical expertise and a strong background in critical systems operations. He holds a degree in Physics from the University of Athens and has built an extensive career working with major Greek banks as well as IBM.
Throughout his career, he has developed significant expertise in AS400 systems and has held roles as Chief Operator and Senior Manager for ATM systems monitoring and control. His experience spans complex IT infrastructures, ensuring reliability, performance, and security in high-demand environments.
Panagiotis is known for his problem-solving mindset, operational excellence, and long-standing contribution to mission-critical IT services
Ioannis Kothris
Ioannis is an experienced IT Operations Specialist with a strong background in the banking sector and IT infrastructure support. He is responsible for monitoring critical systems, including IBM Power Systems (IBM i / AS/400), managing batch processes, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of production systems. With more than 20 years of experience in banking and IT environments, he is known for his reliability and ability to perform effectively in demanding 24/7 operational environments.
Dimosthnenis Kordilas
Dimosthenis brings more than two decades of IT expertise to the team, having spent much of that time as an IT Systems Operator for high-profile banking and insurance firms. His versatile background also includes a successful stint in software testing. Outside of his professional life, Dimosthenis is a dedicated parent who loves staying active and spending his free time with his three children.
Ioannis Frouzis
Giannis was born in Crete and holds a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Peloponnese. He worked as a Devops and Application Engineer before joining Nemo IT Solution as an IT Operator in Banking systems.
In his free time, he prefers to learn about new technologies. Also he loves to spend time near the sea, where he likes fishing.
George Kotronis
George has a solid foundation in programming, particularly in Java and C, along with basic knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
He is an organized, responsible, and communicative individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team, having gained valuable experience through academic group projects.
